Wife & Mom First Faith-driven Execution-focused

I was leading others before I ever learned to lead myself.

I spent over twelve years in corporate leadership — managing teams, driving operations, and getting results. By every external measure, I was succeeding. But the whole time, I was quietly wishing someone would invest in me the way I invested in my teams. That person never showed up.

"Nobody was coming. If I wanted to be led well, I had to learn to lead myself first."

That realization changed everything. I left corporate, built The Level Up Club, and made it my mission to give others what I never had — real tools, honest accountability, and a system that actually works.

I am the CEO of my own life — and I run it like one.

I do not just coach systems, I live by them. I call myself the CEO of my life because that is exactly what I am. I run my days, my growth, and my business with the same rigor I brought to corporate operations: with clarity, with structure, and with intention.

That conviction is behind everything I build: every book, every coaching session, every framework. I am not here to inspire you. I am here to help you execute.

Everything I build, I build for my family first.

Before I am a coach or a speaker or an author, I am a wife and a mom.

My husband is my partner in every sense of the word; in life and in every project I take on. We lead together, we build together, and we hold each other accountable to the standard we want to model for our children. That partnership is one of the greatest gifts I have been given.

My family does not compete with my ambition. They are the reason for it.

Faith is not a part of what I do. It is the reason I do it.

My Christian faith is the foundation of everything: my coaching philosophy, my business decisions, and the way I show up for the people I serve.

This is not a religious program, and you do not need to share my faith to benefit from the work we do together. But I will not hide where my strength comes from. Every book I write, every session I lead, every client I walk alongside, it is my act of service. It is love in applied form.

Information without execution is entertainment.

I built my career on three principles that I brought from the operations world into leadership development — and they work just as powerfully for people as they do for systems.

◈ Execution

Do the work. Not someday. Now.

Most people consume information and call it progress. Real growth only happens when you apply what you know. Everything I teach is designed to be executed, not admired.

◈ Strategic Planning

Direction before motion.

Busy is not the same as productive. Before you move fast, you need to know where you are going and why. Strategy is not a luxury — it is the difference between effort and progress.

◈ Continuous Improvement

The goal is not perfection. It is better.

Kaizen taught me that small, consistent improvements compound into transformation. The leader who commits to 1% better every day will outperform the one waiting for the perfect moment every time.
